1. Write two limericks this week. They can be on any topic of your choice. Please use the information provided in the previous blog post to refresh your memory about the structure and requirements of a limerick.
2. Write two haikus this week. One haiku can be on any topic you choose (though remember, haikus are mostly written about the seasons, animals or nature). The other haiku must be a 'who am I'. This means your haiku will give clues to a particular person, place, animal etc. where your classmates will try and guess what your haiku is about.
3. On Thursday we will be doing some writing in class. Please look at the attached prompt. Take the time to discuss it at home, and even make some plans/brainstorm ideas that you can use on Thursday. You will be able to bring these with you to your writing on Thursday.
4. Maths - If you haven't already completed the first of the maths sheets (up to subtraction) then you need to complete these at home. Feel free to use your initiative and complete your other sheets at home (or what you can) too.
